The Montgomery and Anniston baseball teams played a twin bill yesterday with morning and afternoon games at 10 and 4. Anniston won the first 10 to 8 and Montgomery took the second 10 to 8. Nellie ousted in the first inning, Segars strong for Anniston, Matthews superb for Montgomery, and Sorrell and O Brien forming the visitors’ battery in the second. Third game scheduled for this afternoon as crowd turnout remained high.
