The turn of the century Queen Anne house built for M B Powell in 1893 features a signature round tower and encircling porch. Sold to Galusha E Lamb in 1895, it remained in the Lambs or heirs until 1968, then passed to the Comers in 2004 who have since renovated extensively including roof, main floor, wiring, and interior detailing.
