Fairgrounds face unresolved legal troubles with Bank of America
About 50 people attended a Calhoun County Agricultural & Industrial Society meeting on Sept 12 to learn about a long standing legal dispute with Bank of America and the fairgrounds future. Bruce Bosserd spoke of legal limits on comment as the suit remains unsettled.
