Tarkiewicz named Marshall city manager with six month trial
The Marshall City Council confirmed Tom Tarkiewicz as full time city manager beginning September with a six month trial. If performance is satisfactory, the council may extend to a permanent appointment after a formal evaluation in February. Tarkiewicz will continue as director of utilities and infrastructure during the interim period.
