Charles Edward Brown of Orrville broke jail on January 4 1807 at Sheritt At strong Brows. He was recaptured in Colambiana by Sheriff Caskey Chief Lerner after being found in a son in law’s home at Signal. Wooster Painter Joho Kipfer Dies After Fall
Joho Kipfer of Wooster, well known extracting painter and decorator, fell from a tree on the McQuigg farm southeast of the city while hunting with friends. He sustained back injuries pronounced fatal. he was alive as surgeons attended but death was deemed inevitable.
