The jury in the damage suit Reider versus Musser retired for deliberations Tuesday and reached a verdict at 2 a m Wednesday. The court convened Wednesday reading the verdict awarding the plaintiff 800 damages. Reider, while employed at Musser's sawmill near Overtod, sustained severe injuries from a collapsing temporary structure.
