The Harvey ill Trib reports Miss Lynna E. Coover, daughter of Mr and Mrs A Coover, wed Richard Stockton at Marina Street Methodist Church Prescott on April 20. She had been a private tutor and later a Prescott public school teacher. Stockton, son of Judge J s Stockton of Kansas City, has served as official court reporter for the Arizona Supreme Court. The couple will reside in Prescott after June.
Drilling resumed yesterday by Dayton Water Supply Co with progress into coal vein eight feet into sand rock at a depth near Y0 feet. An eight foot coal seam was found with a 16 foot pipe section dropping to hole bottom. tubing later fished out. Trustees planned deeper sinking by 18 feet if water not found, else abandon and reattempt elsewhere. George Lamborn supervises. James Glass approved as superintendent. Edward Keyser thanked for service. The crew moved derrick down and prepared for another test, likely near West Wooster or up Clear Creek.
