District Court of the United States for the Northern District of Ohio notifies creditors of Solon A Ryall of East Union Wayne County that he was adjudicated bankrupt on February 15, 1902. A first meeting of creditors is set for February 8, 1902, at 9 o'clock in the morning at the referee's Wooster office to prove claims and appoint a trustee.
