Open Four Card Majors With 19 High Card Points
Oswald and James Jacoby discuss opening four card major suits when no sensible minor call exists or when a hand is unsuitable for no trump. The defense by East and West can be tough, but South can prevail by delaying trumps until he ruffs a spade in dummy and follows a precise sequence ending in a diamond run.
