Nomination for Board Sought By Phillips

Harold I. Phillips of Mountain Falls seeks the Democratic nomination for the Frederick County Board of Supervisors from Back Creek District. The Frederick County Democratic Committee set a primary for Sept 14, same as the state primary. Phillips, a Winchester native, poultry farm owner with wife Rosemary and three children, has lived in the county 21 years.
