Pedernales Electric Cooperative employees marked a milestone by surpassing one million work hours without a lost time accident. The last incident occurred January 2, 1991, with this being the third such milestone in about four years and the fourth in a decade.
Twenty members of Pedernales Electric Cooperative were drawn as $50 winners in PECs proxy return contest announced at the cooperative's annual membership meeting held Saturday June 20 in Johnson City. Winners include John Reimers Spicewood John Ambrose Manchaca L A Endicott and others.
