Bennie Knickeberg works for Geo Albrecht. Oscar Albrecht is away at the twin cities fair. Mrs Vohs and daughter Ethel visiting there. A Hintz family with daughter Ethel visited the Albrechts. Wm and Geo Albrecht were in Williston Sunday. A C Long held about 4000 bushels wheat. Charley Gemberling bought C S Millers claim last week. Bert Biggs visited Williston. Jack Sutton employed by C M Miller stacking wheat. Ed Lepencot bought Bill Willards oxen. John Weaver left for Indiana due to sickness. Mr Miller operating Bert Biggs threshing machine.

Stady H. P. Parrett Completes New Well Near Town

Threshing has begun in earnest in this vicinity and the crop is very poor. A new school house is talked of three miles south of Stady. A dance was held in the Stady hall last Saturday night. Several local boys have gone to eastern county threshing. N. R. Fye, his housekeeper, and H. P. Parrett visited near Rolson last Sunday.

The Spring Coulee area reports busy threshing with poor yields. C. E. Hyatt visited on Monday and Tuesday. A plumber from here attended the Williston fair. Rev. Hollett of Williston preached here on Sunday. Mr. Williams adds an addition to his house. Roy Foster repaired his store. Merlin Stedem visited his parents Sunday.
