Williston city council approves construction of cement sidewalks on Main Street and Front Avenue West with six to twelve foot widths, curb and gutter, in front of specified lots and blocks. Specifications call for Portland cement mixes, precise laying timing, and enforcement by city engineers. If owners fail, sidewalks will be built by a contractor in 1911 with assessments placed on the properties.
