McKenzie County Court Transfers Cases to Mandan

In McKenzie county the defendants Bob Miller and Asa Cox filed affidavits of prejudice against the county and judge, prompting a change of venue. Their cases were moved to Mandan where a new judge will preside. Bert Martin and Tom Taylor, who engaged in the shooting at the Russian near Stone House, were sentenced to the reform school. The county seat case was dismissed but may be revived.
