Oil Trust Trial Hears Of Higher Standard Oil Prices
Frank B. Kellogg presented testimony in the federal suit seeking the dissolution of the oil trust. Phillip Harrison of the New York Lubricating Oil company testified that railroads favored Standard Oil’s higher prices and did not renew contracts with his firm, instead choosing rivals like Galena Signal Oil.
