Terrible Fall Breaks Back at Epping Elevator Work
Two men, Gus Gruel and Johnson, fell 36 and 42 feet from a scaffolded elevator at Epping Tuesday. They were taken by Dr Hagan after the accident. Gruel has a back plaster cast and faces doubtful recovery while Johnson escaped with minor injuries.

Burned Out Farmer Seace Loses Home in Night Blaze
Stephen B. Seace, a farmer four miles west of town, lost his house and all possessions in a Tuesday evening fire. The family barely escaped in their night clothes with about $700 in losses. Authorities note the blaze came during a busy month at the local land office which recorded 67 proofs and substantial filings and fees. Moral urged residents to insure with the Williston Land Company Agency.

Baby Milne Called Home in Tragic Illness
Margaret Beatrice Milne, three years ten months old, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John McG Milne of this city, died Sunday night October 7 after a week of illness from cholera infantum and bronchitis. Funeral Tuesday at 3 PM at the M E Church with Rev. Hollett. burial in Williston cemetery. pallbearers Frank Boyd Alva Lindsey Irwin Cole Walter McGuiness. Born Courtney North Dakota, came here with parents two years ago. An only child, she was loving and bright, leaving the family to mourn an irreparable loss. Sympathy pours in from the community.
