They support morals emphasis, advocate rural school consolidation, and back certificates for rural teaching, state aid for rural standards, and a Minot normal school. Devils Lake North Dakota announces the Soo railroad will build its Drake Medford extension through the city. After months of work by a local committee, negotiations completed in Minneapolis on May 5. Track will enter from the north side between Tenth and Fourteenth streets and head northwest crossing the Farmers line near the deaf school. The project proceeds at once.
