District Court In Session This Week Under Judge Fisk
The district court convened Monday for the regular June term with Judge Frank E. Fisk presiding. Naturalization papers were issued to twenty nine new citizens. Cases were moved to Ward county for venue and others set for later trials as judges Kneeshaw and Burr prepare to cover sessions elsewhere.
