Purchase New Silos for County Farms
The first shipment of silos arrived from Michigan and was unloaded last Saturday. Purchasers E. Hardacre, B. Hall, M. Jeffrey, and E. B. Jeffrey plan to fill the silos this fall with corn silage. Each silo holds 110 tons, with an ensilage cutter of 140 tons daily capacity. Built of Oregon fir, the 32 foot high and 14 foot diameter silos will aid hay stacks to feed 150 cattle on the buyers’ lands.

The funeral service for Fenwick Barnfather was held at 2 o'clock last Thursday from the family home west of the city, with a large attendance reflecting the respect for him and his family. A brief house service was followed by services at the M E church conducted by Rev. Bloom and Rev. Hollett, the sermon by Rev. Hollett. Interment was at Williston cemetery with short services there.
