Sheep Herding Man Declared Insane by County Board
Frank Peterson a Norwegian sheep herder was found insane by the county board after examination on Saturday and committed to Havre Montana his legal home. He was picked up near Todd at Mrs Greeups ranch and severely injured himself in what authorities call self harm. He appears to be about thirty five years old.
