Williston Beats Brinsmade Twice in Week Split
Williston trimmed Brinsmade two games and Brinsmade won the third. Brinsmade beat Willard and Immings on Saturday as Immings starred but Willard pitched a strong game. Friday and Sunday games drew good crowds. Browning dominated Friday for Brinsmade, while Brinsmade’s Drake and the Brinsmade club faced criticism as the team split like a circus.

Charging Batteries Takes Varying Times Says Local Expert
W C Tatem, a Willard service man, explains charging time cannot be definite. A neglected battery may need three to seven days of steady charging, or long slow-rate charging to restore plates. A recently drained battery can often be topped up overnight. Old batteries take longer, and reading the specific gravity may determine duration. A conscientious shop will not promise delivery by a fixed time.
