Williston North Dakota adopts comprehensive rules for the city water works and electric light plant. The ordinance covers prohibitions on taps and connections, application procedures, metering, rates, box and curb installation, street work, contractor licenses, and penalties, with enforcement by the city auditor and superintendent. The measure sets rates, meter ownership, deposits, and renewal, and requires permits and bonds for plumbers and electricians. Passed January 12 1907.
Notice requires parents or proper officers to report births deaths infections or contagious diseases within twenty four hours or three days outside towns or cities. Failure to notify incurs fines. County Auditor By A L E M Attorney.
