North Dakota grain growers and shippers are being urged to evaluate a Minneapolis proposed terminal cooperative. The offer includes storage of 100 000 to 126 000 bushels, 3 cents per bushel annual storage, 90 percent advances, 4.4 percent interest, and fireproof bins. Brown of the ND State Grain Commission says the plan supports immediate state needs.
