Receivers Appointed for the Big Bills Mills and Subsidiaries
Receivers were appointed as the Pillsbury-Washburn group faces about 9 million dollars in debt with a 1.5 million deficit. The action targets management criticism and seeks to restrain future conduct while holdings like the Minneapolis and Northern Elevator company and the Power company remain under receiver control. The mills will continue operating during the temporary receivership.
