Indian Kill 8 Girl Pleads Guilty in North Dakota Massacre
In Bottineau on August 4, Little Rising Sun pleaded guilty to first degree murder for killing 16 year old Alexandra Seidel at Somber. Under plea Joe Peltier is said to have ordered the shot and Charley Peltier restrained the victim. The youth, 16, received a life sentence while the two older Peltier men were to be hanged at Bismarck on February 9. The case closes a brutal Indian massacre after the attackers fled into the woods.

Two Men Electrocuted Moving Hay Derrick at Matt Netball Ranch
In Boreman Montana Ag 1 Plato Brock and Robert Walsh were instantly killed while moving a hay derrick. The cable end swung up and touched a Madison Electric Power Co line carrying 40 000 volts. Both men held a chain attached to the derrick and perished instantly. Lightning Starts Fires in Hinckley Minnesota. A thunder shower struck two houses as lightning damaged a bed and wall, but fires were small and no major damage occurred.

Train collision at Osco kills three section men
