Williston City approves tax plan for Electric Light Bonds
Ordinance No 45 amends Section 5 of Ordinance No 42 to levy annual taxes on Williston taxable property from 1905 through 1925 to cover interest and principal on 615,000 in 6 percent Electric Light Bonds. Section sets yearly tax amounts and directs the City Auditor to certify the required sums to the County Auditor. Passed July 30 and signed July 31 1908 by Mayor W H Denny with City Auditor D C Page.
