Willard council weighs utility rate and capital charge changes
Willard City Council may vote on a plan to raise the first 2000 gallons by 30 cents while keeping higher usage rates flat and add a 20 cent per thousand gallon increase for sewer. The utility committee also proposes splitting the current Utility Capital Charge into separate Water and Sewer Capital Charges as recommended by last year’s audit.
