Council approves Kennedy Drive change order in Willard
Willard City Council approved a $12,432 change order at a Oct 2 special meeting for Kennedy Drive Improvements. City Manager Brian Humphress said the road base was worse than expected and flooding water required extra digging and rock, with potential further damage if heavy rains occur before Tuesday. The change order exceeds the 9,500 limit and the project may need more work beyond the cited amount.
