Grayson County Commissioners approve 1970 budget action
The Grayson County Commissioners Court, in regular session on Tuesday, approved the county budget for 1970 and authorized payment of Dr. Wells fifty dollars for evaluating and testifying in the Michael Lynn Williams case. Lone Star Gas Co. received authority to begin work on a Utility Adjustment Agreement. The court reviewed liability insurance proposals for county vehicles and sent a firearm resolution to the Governor supporting House Bill 1476 allowing auxiliary police and sheriff personnel to carry firearms.
