Kansas City Nov 10 A Santa Fe filing seeks a federal injunction against the Adamson act claiming it is unconstitutional and void as of interstate commerce. The Topeka and Santa Fe Railway asks for protection for employees and argues the act is arbitrary unworkable and may cause wage losses if later deemed invalid.
