New York Nov 10 Woodrow Wilson reelected president as California swung Democratic. Minnesota New Hampshire New Mexico remained doubtful, totaling 19 electoral votes. Hughes led Minnesota, California split prospects lingered, while New Mexico favored Wilson by over 6,000 votes.
Balti more figures Cox and George W Perkins prepared to press for recounts in close races. Wilcox listed California New Mexico North Dakota New Hampshire Minnesota where recounts would be demanded. McCormick talked with Alton B Parker as campaigns readied for legal steps. Tumulty declared Wilson re elected based on official tallies while New Hampshire remained doubtful with mixed returns.
