Mrs. Mary Roese aged 86 died at her Wayland home after months of illness. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. in the home and 1:30 p.m. at Sugar Creek Church, with burial in Sugar Creek cemetery. The body will be at Zehr funeral home until 2 p.m. Friday before transfer to the home. She was the widow of Jacob Beese. survivors include a brother Peter Roth of Noble, two daughters and two sons Sam of Michigan, Mrs. Chris Hertig, Mrs. Louis Kauffman, and Al Beese.
