Accident Board awards Hartwell widow $1500 plus costs
The Idaho industrial accident board ruled in favor of Mrs. Marie Hartwell of Multan widow of Burt C. Hartwell. She will receive 1500 payable in weekly installments plus 390 accrued compensation and 200 for funeral expenses. The case named Tri Metal Leasing Co and Aetna Casualty and Surety Co as defendants after Hartwell, employed by Tri Metals Milling Co, died from injuries November 7 1922 at the National mill. The board found the death arose from his employment and set the payments accordingly.
