Drainage District 12 Tile Substitution Agreement
The June 11 1918 meeting of Emmet County Iowa Board of Supervisors approved a substitute tile plan for Drainage District No 12 replacing open ditches on lands of L E Francis and O Mosher Jr. The agreement covers costs completion deadlines November 1 1918 contractor Linnan & Clancy abandonment costs and future assessments with safeguards if terms fail. Also includes a separate highway recommendation for Estherville Huntington road resurfacing and costs.
