Georgia Dooly County notices announce Mrs EL Adkins applying for permanent letters of administration on the estate of Mrs E A Kendrick who died in the county. The hearing is set for the first Monday in December. Also RB Moye and PM Brown seek leave to sell all real estate of Nelson Moye, deceased, with a hearing on the first holiday in December.
In Dooly County Georgia an 1899 court order directs a public sale of a half undivided interest in 50 acres in the northeast corner of lot 244, district 7, to benefit wards Wards John B and Thephelis Butler. The sale occurs at the courthouse, between legal hours, cash. Also an order will grant a new road December 4 1899 from lot 46, district 1, northwest to Hog Craw Creek, across properties of several owners, under Road Commissioners’ plan.

Georgia Dooly County advertises auction of Jeremiah Slade estate land and William R Brown estate lots 67 and 93 in the 6th district. Sales occur at the Vienna courthouse to satisfy debts and support indigent heirs, cash terms, executor James R. Brown, attorneys J H Woodward & Son.
The court records a petition by C Parker against Mrs L J Doughtry alleging a February 2 18__ mortgage on half undivided interests in multiple Dooly County land lots including 1M 121 122 124 181 122 155 Wa Mi 18 137 and district 6 to secure payment of two promissory notes dated February 21 1800. Notes total 207.50 due May 21 1800 and 181 292 due July 21 1819 with eight percent interest and ten percent attorney fees. Doughtry allegedly refuses payment. The court orders payment or appropriate action, with service three months before the next term. An extract from the minutes is attached.

The property totals about 250 acres across multiple parcels including two acres in the northeast corner of lot 7, all of lot 8 save 55 acres in the southwest corner, and the south half of lot 9. The sale aims to distribute proceeds among heirs, with cash terms. Harry Payne is the administrator in charge.

After four weeks notice Cotter guardian applies to Judge Z A Littlejohn at Thomson Whipple law office Coxdale for order to sell real estate in the 7th district Dooly County comprising 222 acres across multiple lots to discharge a mortgage and reinvest proceeds in another tract for the benefit of Sarah K. and Joseph J. Collier.
