Confectioneries offer a range of fancy candies at best prices from the artesian well. S M Brooks advertises at Stacy Adams Co's, while J T Westbrook's in Cordele carries men’s fine shoes from Cordele.
Cordele Ga November 21 1809 committee submits resolutions in memory of Captain Hiram Williams. Born October 17 1815 in South Carolina, moved to Georgia 1840, active Baptist and public servant in Dooly County. Master Mason since 1863, joined Cordelia Lodge 206 in 1890. honored for over 85 years of Masonry and faithful service. This tribute asks Cordelia Lodge to record the sentiment and publish in local papers.
