In pursuance of a deed dated January 24 1808 from John K Wallace the agent for sale this notice states the property at the southwest corner of lot 146 in the ninth district Dooly County contains about 60 55 acres and will be sold at the courthouse on the first Tuesday in September 1896 for debt secured by the indenture and costs of this proceeding with balance to Wallace.
