Richard Anderson applies for guardianship of Ola Pitts Ritta Pitts Berta Pitts and Lilly Belle Pitts orphans of Jackson Pitts deceased in Dooly County. The court will pass on July first. This Jan 3.
Gruegla Dooly County notices Mrs Nannie J Snelling has applied for permanent letters of administration on the estate of W A Greer deceased. The petition will be heard on the first Tuesday in July next. June 3 1907 J D Hargrove D D C
In Lorgia Dooly County a petition of county freeholders led to an election order for Fence or No Fence. With no counter petitions, the court schedules a vote at district precincts on Wednesday July 3, 1907. Clerk J D Hargrove signed the order June 1 1907.
By order of the Court of Ordinary dated June 3 1907 a three house and lot tract in Vienna Dooly County will be sold at public outcry on the first Tuesday in July 1907 between usual hours at the courthouse. The property lies on the east side of Third Street just south of Pennehatchee Creek and contains about one half acre. Proceeds go to the estate for distribution and debt payment. J Hamilton administrator.
D L Henderson administrator of Amelia Young’s estate asks court to discharge him and grant letters of dismission. He cites full administration and calls all concerned to show cause by the first Monday in July. J D Hargrove O D C signs the notice.
Public notice states that an order will be granted on the first Tuesday in July to establish a new road marked by the Road Commissioners. It begins on A street near Methodist church at Byromville on land lot 93, runs through lots 12 and 21, then lands of W F Byrom, then lot 44 and 63, intersecting River road near Bay Point north of Montezuma.
A notice dated May 27 1907 states commissioners order a road survey starting just north of bridges over Pennehatchee creek near Neighbor Smith arge, extending northwest through Kix Bros and R E Kelly lands to the Lilly Drayton road about one mile. The plan is by order of the commissioners J B Byrom chair and J E Joiner clerk.
