Public notice from Macon Georgia 1918 requires alien enemies to register at local post offices between June 17 and June 26 1918. Lists names of residents in Vienna Unadilla Pinehurst Byromville Montezuma Troy and other towns. Included are Curtis Nottingham and M T Gregory as officials.

Dooly Physicians Volunteering as Draft Exams Held
Dooly county has thirteen physicians of eligible age for military service who volunteered their services. They went to Cordele for examination by Major Denton as part of statewide efforts. Quotas show 13 whites and 6 colored for draft calls with six black select men to Camp Gordon. Four white locals depart June 15 for three months training at the Georgia Tech mechanics program. The Baptist Woman's Missionary Society meets June 18 at 4:30 at the church.
