Landman Opens Office Here in Exchange Building
John J. Greenfield returned from the Harlingen country in the lower Rio Grande Valley and opened an office at 109 Exchange Building. He reports to Jake Schmoker who joined him, bought land, and will move in the fall. Fred Schmoker, a brother, also bought land there earlier and expects to move. Greenfield notes trees heavy with grape fruit, or min es, lemons, figs and other fruits ripening in October. prips will be made regularly at frequent intervals from now on.
