Bennett Family Weekend Activities and Local Updates
Bennett Russell Harrison and family spent the weekend at Lapoint while Clair Haslem made a brief trip from the lakes. A surprise visit to Clair Haslem’s home occurred Thursday night. Local youths attended dances in Leeton and Whitrocks, and John Nelson of Vernal was a Bennett visitor. School was cut short by cold wind, and a haystack fire at Haslem’s alfalfa seed stack was contained early. Russell Harrison bought a 1926 model Ford touring car in Vernal.
