United States Land Office Vernal Utah posts notice that Utah filed lists of lands under the 1894 act as indemnity school lands. Describes tracts in sections 30 33 22 within Townships 1N 16S 26E and 1N 23E with legal descriptions and posted maps. Protests or contests on mineral versus agricultural value must be filed by final approval per 1907 regulations. non mineral character presumed if not protested. Albert Halen registrar.
State Engineer Lloyd Garrison publishes a notice that Clarence Hadlock D J Wilson and Soren Christensen have applied to appropriate 350 acre feet of water from Deep Creek Utah for irrigation. The plan outlines storage, release dates May 1 to Oct 1 and rediversion to irrigate 300 acres. Protests must be filed within 30 days with fee. Publication dates Sept 19 to Oct 17, 1924.

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Colorado Park Irrigation Co held in Kandlett Utah on September 8 1924 adjourned the stockholders meeting to October 6 1924 at 2 p m at the company office in Randlett Utah. The notice also lists Lyman M Parrish of Lapoint Utah filing to appropriate 1.7 cubic feet per second of water from Deep Creek Uintah County for irrigation of 120 acres, filed as File No 9499 with completion of publication on October 17 1924.
In Uintah County Utah the sheriff will auction Lot 2 Fractional Block 4 Plat A in Vernal with improvements and water rights including Ashley Central Irrigation stock certificate No 156 for 38 20 shares on October 11 1924 at 2 pm at the county courthouse front door Vernal.
Warren Beebe of Vernal Uintah County Utah applies under Utah law for three acre feet of water from a spring area in Uintah County. Water will be diverted via trenches to a reservoir along the spring area and stored January to December, used April 1 to November 20 for watering 2500 sheep, totaling all water use. File No 9641.
