Four Uintah High students and one teacher attended the BYU Journalism Conference at Brigham Young University. Delegates included Reed L. Tyler, Jeanene Adamson, Lee Caldwell, Marian Dudley, and Darylene Robbins among 480 attendees from 40 Utah schools. The Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission withdrew all waste prevention rules for the Rangely field and will set new restrictions after an Oct. 25 hearing in Denver.
