Water would be diverted near Sec 30 14S 25E and carried 7900 ft for irrigation of 200 acres from April 1 to November 1 each year. Protests with affidavits and $1 fee due within 30 days after publication.
Watson Oil Company applies for patents to Earley No. 58 69 60 61 and 62 shale claims in Uintah County Utah totaling 720.56 acres. Notice directs publication in Vernal Express with attorney Herbert Tyzack and sale of encumbered property on May 15 1928 at Vernal County Courthouse.
U S Land Office Vernal Utah lists multiple Earley Barley Farley oil shale claims in Uintah County Utah, surveyed lands totaling 800.33 acres in Township II South Range 25 East Salt Lake Meridian, with location notices recorded in Uintah County records and Vernal Express publication. Attorney-in-fact Tyzack on behalf of COMPANY, a Uintah corporation, filed the applications and conforms to plat on file.
