Manila Mark Ansons 60th Anniversary Celebrated At Manila
The 60th wedding anniversary of Mr and Mrs Mark Anson was celebrated April 30 with a dance in the Manila school auditorium. Relatives included daughters Hilda Schofield and families from Mesa and Cahill from Chicago, plus Vic Robertson and family from Rawlins. The Manila High School sophomore class hosted events on April 25 featuring a one act play and talent show to raise funds for next year. Doris Lindsay Gessell and Roger Gessell held a recent wedding reception in Mountain Home. Doris is sister to Mrs Gene Suddreth of Manila. The Suddreth family attended the reception and visited relatives. the evening featured dancing and a program during intermission. The couple wed March 9 and will reside in Salt Lake City, both employed there.
