Secretary of State Lamont F Toronto calls nominating conventions for April 25 to choose candidates for six State Board of Education seats in District No 4 covering Uintah Duchesne Wasatch and Utah counties. Incumbent is Dr R V Larsen of Roosevelt. Each convention will nominate two candidates for each seat. Additional candidates may file petitions by Sept 24 signed by 50 voters. Places for conventions are arranged with Dr I Allen Bateman. Election occurs at the November general election.
