Mystery Ray Lee Farm Identified at Lapoint Banquet
The Ray Lee Farm at Lapoint was named last week as the mystery farm in a contest sponsored by Ashley Farmers Union Coop. Hayden Harrison of Lapoint identified the farm, owned by Ray Lee for the past twelve years, located one half mile north of the Jerry Harrison corner. The Lees, who reside on 140 acres, grow alfalfa, grain, and pasture and raise cattle and sheep. The feature photo in last week’s Vernal Express showed a remodeled six room home and a hayage storage plan. The Lees will celebrate a June wedding anniversary. Thelma Thurston is his wife.
