Utah Travel Bureau Aims To Guide Visitors Statewide
The Utah Travel Bureau has operated 13 years to alert visitors to the scenic and recreational attractions of Utah. It plans to establish ports of entry at cal dered locations, with or without museums, to help travelers and keep them in the state. The Utah Field House of Natural History opened in 1948 and surpassed initial attendance goals, with 150000 visitors in 1961 and potential to triple that with new exhibits and the Dot Hunter Dinosaur Garden. A Travel Bureau thrives on precise, friendly information and full, ungrudging answers to all traveler questions. Continued on page 11.
