Barber Asphalt application to appropriate water in Uintah County Utah
The State Engineer reports Bar ber Asphalt Corporation Borerta Mines Jensen Utah filed for 611 cent of winter water for Bonanza inhabitants. Water would be diverted from a pump well via 3791 feet of 3 inch pipe to a 40 000 gallon tank for domestic municipal use including lawns gardens and trees. Protests due by August 2 1939 with $100 filing fee. First publication June 29 1939.
