Columbia River Waters for Utah Farms Plan Considered
The Reclamation Bureau explored diverting surplus Pacific Northwest water to the West including Utah and Colorado. Dixon described a "Western Reconnaissance" paper study to move water along the West Coast toward the Colorado River to meet Mexican water needs and spur Colorado basin development.
